Our experience with Summerfield Upholstery is pure satisfaction and absolute joy in the pieces Paul has restored and reupholstered for us. We have nothing short of 14 pieces of furniture that will last our lifetime thanks to the skill and workmanship of Paul. He is a master of his trade. He is not the cheapest but he is the best.
Paul's attention to detail and commitment to excellence are clearly reflected in his work. His extensive knowledge and Master craftsmanship of upholstery are second to none. Those that are lucky enough to own a Summerfield restored piece can be assured of excellence. I know this as I have several pieces of furniture that Paul has restored over the years. Every piece is outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Well worth the wait.
Paul is a master craftsman, with a meticulous attention to detail and focus on using the best materials available. I had to wait my turn; as the website states, there is a waiting list of 12+ months, however it was well worth the wait. I'm very, very happy with my renovated lounge suite.
A fantastic experience working with Summerfield Upholstery who have completed a number of pieces for me. Paul has skills and knowledge that are rare to find in antique restoration. He delivers nothing but the very best quality and has exceeded my expectations every time.
This is a review of customer experience only, not workmanship. Requested a quote and received curt response stating booked out for 18 months. I advised there was no rush and an indicative cost would be great (with a view to deciding whether to wait or not). Never heard back. Great to be busy, but why deliberately lose a customer?
