After purchase repairs have been awful. Most repairs seem to take a few weeks and a reminder or two to get anything done. Bathtub was "patched" when moved in without any notice, and it's getting patched again....for the solution. Apparently it takes 2/3 weeks to get a replacement door to fix a drafty attic and an offer to come and adjust the old door.

Ben, the Builder is disappointed also that your door has been an issue. It does take time to order doors and have them come in. They are not a stocked item unfortunately. Once the door comes in, they do need to schedule the painter to paint the door and then schedule to get it installed. They do not employ a handyman person to do these type of small jobs and are at the mercy of vendor and subcontractors schedules.
