First class accommodation, friendly helpful people, couldn't do enough to make us comfortable. Highly recommended
We stayed in Albany Cottage for a family weekend to celebrate my wife's special birthday. Our family consisted of three generations and I had accessibility needs. The cottage was exactly as described and was totally accessible for me, which is not always the case for other 'accessible' locations. Ben & Kara are both friendly and helpful and try to offer anything that is needed to accommodate a disabled persons needs. It’s been great to go somewhere assured that it’s properly accessible for disabled people. We stayed in Abbey View an accessible mobile home on site. It was well maintained, warm, with a good wetroom bathroom and other essential features. About a 20 minute drive from Whitby town centre this location is beautifully rural with views of the abbey but only minutes away from amenities and attractions. Hosts were friendly and attentive and we shall definitely be back.
Well appointed cottages, full access for people with disabilities. Very easy to get to Whitby or Robin Hoods Bay by road, public transport or even walking.
