I attended one consultation with Steph. She had back to back appointments so was quite busy. She asked me to run on the street despite the adductor injury and said I had to run with my knees out to fix it. She did a short rubbing of my inner leg which I didn't feel helped with the pain and stiffness. I would of preferred a more through assessment of the injury, alleviation of stiffness/limited movement and exercises to takeaway for strengthening.

I've been seeing Steph for about 2 years now and she is amazing! Highly recommend this establishment for anyone that needs physiotherapy work done. Friendly, accommodating, receptive to my needs and so helpful.
I hobbled in with a severe calf injury from the City2Surf and walked out on cloud nine after 30 minutes of massage and thorough advice on running and recovery from the wonderful physio Stephanie.
