Had the most beautiful experience at Summer Elisabeth Spa. I booked in for a massage and facial with Bella, and it was honestly just what I needed. She was so lovely and attentive from the moment I arrived, making me feel completely relaxed and taken care of. The treatment itself was incredible, the perfect balance of calming and rejuvenating. Pretty poor service plus not worth the money. Because you only get an hour treatment for 1.5 package we have been charged for
The most glorious head spa treatment. Coupled with a mixture of facial, feet and hand treatments this was a delightful 2 hours of heavenly goodness!! Will definitely be returning!
Disgusting conduct and a complete disregard for consumer rights. I am absolutely appalled. My husband paid $300 for a gift card to this business, only to be told they refuse to honour it because of issues with the previous owner. That is not just poor service — it is completely unacceptable and is also a breach of Australian Consumer Law. A business changing ownership does NOT give them the right to simply wipe their hands of existing liabilities and leave customers out of pocket.
