I called Michael on a Friday afternoon after paying him $500 for no work done. He said that that money was for his rent for his office space I asked him what he is done for my taxes and he said nothing! He screamed and yelled and hung up on me said he would not return my money! He said the $500 was for the half a dozen phone calls that I made to him over the last two years trying to pin him down to do my taxes.
