Purchased their ironing caddy thru Walmart.com. Nice product, fairly easy to assemble until the end. Questioned whether error in the parts provided. Halted assembly until we could speak with rep. Their instructions indicated to call or email for help. After 5 days, numerous calls and emails, it's obvious they are not going to respond. We will proceed with a work around. Very disappointing to spend that much money and have our pleas for help ignored!

I had some wheel and a extension arm issue. After speaking with Carl,I received the damaged parts in the mail,ASAP. WOW, SUPER customer service. This the company you want to do business with. So glad I did. Thank you, CARL.

I own the Sullivans quilters design table, and I loved it. Until a water restoration company broke all of the casters. I tried to contact Sullivans to purchase replacement on Jan 3. I got a response asking what I needed, to which I responded. I was supposed to receive a call to pay for the casters. It is now Jan 29 and I've yet to receive a call. I bought some floss for my embroidery. However, when it arrived it was frayed, not to mention it took several weeks for my package to arrive. I don't know what is going on at this place, but they don't seem to care much for there customers.
