I always had a contact person. Was never left in the dark. Logan would walk me through ever step and guided me through it all. I even spoke to Mr. McGuire from time to time which helped my anxiety. Hands up to the whole team . They wasted no time getting my SSDI approval. May God continue to bless you all as a whole. Thanks for being apart of my family.
In my experience, Pete McGuire was abrasive and rude. I was told by the firm that they do not request medical records unless Social Security is unable to obtain them or there is an issue with the requests. I ultimately obtained and submitted outstanding records myself. I also received information from the paralegal about the status of my claim that contradicted information SSA gave me when I contacted SSA directly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.
That are the best at what they do! Highly recommended.
