In my experience, Pete McGuire was abrasive and rude. I was told by the firm that they do not request medical records unless Social Security is unable to obtain them or there is an issue with the requests. I ultimately obtained and submitted outstanding records myself. I also received information from the paralegal about the status of my claim that contradicted information SSA gave me when I contacted SSA directly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.
That are the best at what they do! Highly recommended.
