Laura and her team were amazing with my property claim. At first, Citizens denied my claim saying the damage was under my deductible — even though I had thousands in damage. Laura and her team stepped in, fought for me, and got me the money I needed to put on a new roof, fix the inside of my home, and replace the stuff that was ruined. I’m so glad I had them on my side.
