Relaxing place. I enjoy both the salt cave and the floating experience. It seems pricy but the relaxation is definitely worth it. I don’t really suffer from pain at the moment but I still appreciate how I feel when I leave. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and I leave happier every time I am there.
This is a place where I can go and be reminded of who I am instead of who everyone needs me to be. Going from a float that disconnects you from the world while reconnecting you to yourself is priceless. Then there is the salt cave, where I can finally breathe deeply and fall into a deep relaxing sleep. This should be the go to gift for anyone, but especially a mom how has lost herself in parenting and needs a break.
The float treatment is very relaxing. I have ADHD, and getting away from all of the distractions of life, just floating and being present with I'm yourself is very therapeutic. The lounge area helps contribute to the relaxing atmosphere
I used to go to a float center in the highlands when I lived across the river, but now that I’m over here in southern IN, it’s soooo nice to have one as nice as sukhino literally right around the corner :)
