While looking for better interest rates, I reached out to RBC and was dealing with Sukh. He went through all the numbers in detail comparing penalty with savings. Gave me a rate better than he quoted in the beginning and my appraisal and lawyer fee was covered by the bank as well. It was such a hassle free process to switch my mortgage to RBC. 100% recommended.
