I booked an appointment with Tristan, who was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find both the perfect suit and tuxedo. Highly recommend booking with Tristan if you're looking for a top-tier experience.
Walked in for a suit and Tristan and Max helped me right away. Both were professional, concise, and knowledgeable. I appreciated all the details they provided and never felt pressured. They helped with selection, alterations, and also shipping. Both were also mindful in asking what the suit would be for. Will definitely come back to purchase future suits!
Terrible service. I booked an appointment with a stylist expecting personalized assistance, but that was not the case. The stylist barely paid attention to me, handed me just a few suits, and then disappeared for long periods. I saw him helping other customers with checkout and other tasks instead of assisting me.
