We had an appointment, yet my fiancé had to wait multiple times because the associate kept leaving to help another family with a little boy buying a T-shirt—while my fiancé was in the middle of being fitted for a suit. It felt very unprofessional and disorganized. On top of that, the suit was never delivered to our house.
