Absolutely legendary service. I texted late from Perth the night before flying into Maroochydore for a funeral, the owner got back to me the same night and was ready to move heaven and earth to help me get a suit in time. Incredibly friendly and just above and beyond. Thank you!
Lack of communication. Didn't respond to my messages and would never answer the phone when I called. Didn't seem interested in helping me when I needed to hire a suit for my wedding. Go to Ferrari Formalwear instead, they're so much better.

Great experience. Mel made the whole thing quick and easy. A snappy suit that fit perfectly and was extremely affordable. I don't think i will bother buying another suit now i have been to suits direct.
