My dad lived at Suite Living Spring Lake Park for just over 2 months. It was far and away the best facility he lived in. The staff truly cares about the residents. He was on the memory care side and the staff to resident ratio was incredible. He always had the help that he needed. The food always looked good and the facility was generally clean. In his final few days, the compassion displayed through the days and nights helped to carry us through. They made what was an incredibly tough time a bit easier.
Far as being hired I feel like they were racist, I have so much experience and so much talent and have worked in hospice and memory care and assisted living and they interviewed me and never called back no even to tell me that they had hired someone else
