Edit to add: Owner called and we discussed my experience. He was receptive and appreciative of the feedback. Definitely made me feel heard and remediated the situation Two of the items I bought were broken. And the chic who helped us had us opening the product before purchase. Also, I made the purchase but she applied the 40% discount to me and my boyfriend (who purchased zero things). They aren’t so bright there. Gave me all big bills as change thinking I’d tip 50% too. So disappointed, definitely won’t be back
