Unreliable. Been trying to get to 2 Dr appointments for 3 weeks. Everytime, there's a reason why they can't take me. Every other med car service get the info from Transit(Medicaid) -- destination,time of appointment and reservation number and you're supposed to call the car company the day before to verify. Suitable gets the reservation #, but you then have to give them all your info to see if they can accommodate.
