In my opinion this place needs to be closed down! The level of care my loved one received at the Woodkrest location in a four month period of time, sent her to the hospital for 2 weeks! They checked on her 4 days later! When she was discharged I moved her somewhere else! The next communication was an ohh i'm sorry she's not returning, followed by a request for money...

I love Sugarbush! So thankful for the staff as we navigate the care for my husband’s progression of late stage Alzheimer’s. Wonderful communication any time I’ve reached out and so appreciative of their coordination with Hospice staff to provide the best possible care; even through swift changes of his needs. They felt like family…. Immediately. 😇
I would like to say thank you to the Sugarbush staff. They genuinely care about the residents. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom. They arrange for fun singers to come in and have fun activities. They are really good at communicating with the family as well.
