I think this store seriously needs to improve its customer service. It is extremely disappointing to feel like you are being judged the moment you walk in based solely on your appearance. If you don’t look like a millionaire, the staff makes you feel as though you’re there to steal. I’ve been a customer of this store for many years, I stop by when I’m in the area once every blue moon. My experience today extremely disappointing. My friend and I felt singled out and unfairly monitored by staff. We were followed throughout the store in a way that was very obvious and uncomfortable, and this level of attention was not directed toward other customers (I made sure to see if it was just us that was being treated this way). Very cute store and environment. Staff were super friendly and attentive. They have a wide variety of cute items. I got a mini suculent for $4!
