We were treated so kindly today from the manager when looking through Jellycats. She was very considerate, funny and a good person. The Jellycats were special for my mothers passing and my grieving and she made the experience absolutely perfect without even knowing

I love browsing through this store when I'm in the square, and it just so happened that I received gift cards for my birthday this year. So naturally, I couldn't wait to shop, but in my sheer, absent-minded state, I forgot to provide the 20% off Welcome code at check out and only discovered my error an hour later. I contacted the store, and the manager, Laura, did everything she could to make it right with such grace and kindness. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
