Always get Damien when I call he’s great, very helpful and efficient. Gets me every I need and already knows the routine. All staff is very friendly.
Been banking here for a few years, service was always good, but recently with Damion I have been treated great, he always greets me and knows what I need before I say anything. Even when I had issues that he didn’t know the answer to he quickly got the answer and helped me understand. He is a great person for this bank. Hopefully he stays longer. This branch is the best!
The staff is friendly for the most part, though the overdraft fees are outrageous. 1 week after fully closing my account I receive a notification stating the account that was closed is in the negative after there was no pending transactions? I would not recommend this bank to anyone who doesn’t have a substantial amount of money.
usually go to the Newport one, but stopped in the Concord bank while I was in town. Staff was really helpful. The guy who helped us was patient with my questions and kind to my elderly mother. had good experience.
