Karen, the owner, was the best. I called to order a balloon bouquet for my best friend who recently relocated to Eugene, OR. I explained what I was looking for and my price range and Karen assured me she could take care of my needs. She was excited about the project and I was surprised at the number of balloons that could be included for the price range I requested.
