keep getting calls from this office trying to confirm personal information i never gave them. they will not confirm any reason for their harassment they just keep calling. wish i could leave 0 stars.

I had been dealing with this specific office for 7 years. Mr. Tom Sooy has been representing Kent State on an old debt from 2011. I tried to settles the dispute in 2017 and all I received was aggressive pushback. After four hours of negotiations off the record, we were the only ones left in the court house, we settled.
