Patty was amazing in guiding our family in proper dieting and blood sugar education that we didn't know about. We did see a dietician before but didn't receive any helpful information, didn't even listen to our concerns. But Patty was able to work with us and asked specific questions to learn more about our situation. Everything she has instructed us has worked so far, and its only been a few days!

Working with Patty Martin is one of the best investments I have made. The returns have been enormous in terms of health, body strength, vitality, and even confidence. Patty, with her counseling, has helped me exceed my goal of gaining ten pounds of mostly muscle. I started at 130 pounds and exceeded my goal by gaining about twenty pounds. Now, I consistently weigh about 150 pounds. I intend to keep gaining weight with her counseling in order to gain more muscle. I have been surprised about how personal the counseling and program can be and the access I had to Patty outside the office.
