Going to sugarland nutrition has been game changing for my physical health. Prior to seeing sugarland nutrition i was very sickly but now i rarely get sick. I was referred to Patty Martin at Sugar Land Nutrition by my new primary care doctor in November 2024. I was at the point where nothing I did improved my high blood pressure readings. I was referred by my doctor to see a nutritionist due to high cholesterol and triglyceride levels. I think a lot of people deal with this these days. I actually thought it would just be a one time visit, but it is actually a process and program that you follow created specifically for you by Patty.
