Working with Patty Martin is one of the best investments I have made. The returns have been enormous in terms of health, body strength, vitality, and even confidence. Patty is very knowledgeable and strategic at customizing an effective program. Not only have I lost weight beyond expectations, but still enjoy food without the feeling of only having 'fuel'. Highly recommend.

Patty, with her counseling, has helped me exceed my goal of gaining ten pounds of mostly muscle. I started at 130 pounds and exceeded my goal by gaining about twenty pounds. Now, I consistently weigh about 150 pounds. I intend to keep gaining weight with her counseling in order to gain more muscle. I have been surprised about how personal the counseling and program can be and the access I had to Patty outside the office.

Going to sugarland nutrition has been game changing for my physical health. Prior to seeing sugarland nutrition i was very sickly but now i rarely get sick. I was referred to Patty Martin at Sugar Land Nutrition by my new primary care doctor in November 2024. I was at the point where nothing I did improved my high blood pressure readings. My energy and mental acuity were at its lowest levels. Anxiety and frustration were a constant. Weight was not an issue because I power walked 3 miles daily. The issue was diet.
