I took a 2 part course with Gio. She is an exceptional artist. Her attention to detail in creating her molds to perfecting the flowers is equal to the teaching, patience and constructive criticism of the art in Sugar flower artistry. Gio provides a calm, professional and fun classroom in which to learn. As the student I worked very hard and took every puece of feedback to create beautiful flowers. Recently placed an order with this company for 1 cutter and veiner. It was expensive, but thought it was worth it. When placing the order and making the payment, the system (paypal) automatically used my home address instead of company address. At the time I thought it might be ok. However Fedex made several attempts to make the delivery but couldn't as no one home in the morning. I then contacted the company.
