Booked my appointment 2 months in advance and requested a female massage therapist. Original confirmation shows (have emails for proof)-location arbitrarily changed my therapist to a man. That's extremely insensitive! You don't know why people have these types of requests. They allowed a man to just sit for hours in the "tea room" to wait for his person. Also, an invasion of privacy for those of us doing a 4 hour treatment. My treatment was only discounted $150 from $440 and I only got 2 hours of treatment. The young boy tha... read more
