1. Completely disjointed and unorganized process, the stereotypes about government offices hold true to their fullest extent. 2. I *did not* receive my notice on time and I recently moved so this is my first time paying taxes in Suffolk. They have many canned excuses for how they supposedly don't send notices late. All I know is that my notice wasn't in my hand until a couple months *after* taxes were due, so the late fees were tacked on from the jump. 3.
