If I could give zero stars, I would. Google Review Extremely disappointed with the actions of Officer Joanna Westrack and this department’s handling of a recent case involving a surrendered dog. I have reached out to you. I’ve left messages with your staff and you have been advised of my situation by members of the community. You have given a deaf ear and don’t care. You know that my Son’s death was covered up and you have allowed a killer get away with it. Would you allow this if it was your child. You are just as corrupt as the SCPD and Detective John Vitale. I’m going to continue writing about this to you until you listen to me . Justice should be served and a citizen should be listened to.
