The people who work here are supposed to be "counselors" who help desperate, lost senior citizens of Suffolk County in need. I spoke to 3 of them on separate occasions and they're anything but counselors. They're fast talkers who really don't seem to care about your severe hardship in Suffolk County as a senior, they rush you off the phone and don't help with anything.
