These people are a joke. When i first signed up 5 years ago it was a hassle because they made me do autopay. How does a company force you to do recurring charges through autopay. So over the last couple years i have been paying the same $70 every single month. I guess the bill has been $79.00. Everyone needs to get together and file a lawsuit against this company!! Ever since they took over my bill nearly doubled and the water quality is terrible. Lately I have been noticing nothing but iron and brown stains in my bathroom and counter tops. I encourage others to get together and file this suit against them!
I called in the morning 6:16 AM, To discontinue the water for our warehouse, Already got a Approval from Fire department. I checked everything with lady on the phone and she said dispatcher will come to our warehouse to stop the water so plumber can start working. Guess What, I call them back on 8:20 ish to make sure dispatcher is on the way.
