They shut off main line on people that are paid in full, pure garbage company.. took them a day too resolve their own problem
Terrible costumer service! The person I talked with didn’t care about us being in a house without water for 3 days! Emergency services? No - I need to wait till Monday to talk with costumer services about me being without water in my house. The representative was rude and didn’t even tried to help - like I was interrupted him in other important things he’s got.
Greedy company raising prices by almost doubling them and forcing the change in the billing cycle on top of that from every 3 months to every month. Very disappointed at the greed with no improvement on service or water quality. If anything service is worse…hope those who made those decisions can live with themselves.
This company is unprofessional. They charge a ridiculous amount for sewer fees and can’t explain the break down of their billing. Don’t move to an area if they are the only one who serves as your water supply. Your monthly bill will be extremely high. They are the worst.
