People working the front desk were poorly trained and seemed confused. Many shelves were empty and most items were available only in extremely large or smal sizes. Folks come in an expect the store personnel to place the online orders for them while everyone else waits. as if the internet isnt available to the general public. This also took a very long time. Avoid this place if at all possible.
Went there on Saturday July 13th 2024 assuming they’d be open because that’s what it said online only to get there and find out they were closed. We knocked on the door hoping we could take a quick look to see if they had a specific item we were looking for (we obviously weren’t going to buy anything cause they were closed) only to met with an eye roll from an employee who was on her computer at the register. If you're a private school and you're trying to decide whether to use Sue Mills for your school's uniform needs, please don't. Just don't. You can see by the reviews, parents can't stand this place. They are an awful business with awful hours, and they only survive because schools ignorantly still choose to do business with them. Please consider parents in your decision and use a place with NORMAL business practices, like hours that actually make sense for their clientele.
