I’ve been going to her for years. I now live in OH 6 hours from her and STILL came back to IL to use her. I didn’t have paper copies of some of my w2’s and she said I could email them to her. My phone didn’t have service and she wouldn’t let me use her WiFi to be able to email them to her. After being there for almost two hours, I left. I won’t be back. She was rude, husband is always rude on the phone.
