Sue did our taxes in 2022. We found out in 2024, they were not filed with the IRS. Come to find out, she had my husbands social security number wrong. Now, we have to pay past due fees. We were unable to get in touch with her by phone or in person. We do not recommend using her.
Told me I didn’t owe anything to Illinois, took her word for it even though it didn’t sound right. Turns out I owe over $800 to the irs and I’ve never been able to get a hold of her. I took my papers and letters from the irs to someone else and they say that they have no idea what she did and how she could screw up so badly. After her screwing up my taxes and lying to me, I will never go to her again.
