These people are not competent and will waste your time. I worked in India for the whole year and got paid in US. I gave all the required documents to Shivam. When I called him 25 days after not hearing anything, he told that I have to pay $1200 as tax to IRS. Upon further enquiry he said he does not do foreign taxes (which is fair, but could have come clean earlier and saved time) and sent me to his senior, Priya.
