Friday after closing, we found out that a major client's goods were lost by UPS and they needed replacement product for a tradeshow beginning Sunday morning. Googled and found Sudden Service and problem was solved. They picked up a replacement shipment on Saturday in Ohio and drove it to NYC, delivering to my ecstatic client before 10pm. Communication was excellent and we were kept updated the entire time. They made us look like heroes and I would highly recommend them.
I would give them 20 stars if I would.Eric is amazing...he is super honest.Its really hard to find services like them nowadays.Keep it up🙏🏾
