If you are a truck driver picking up a load here with a trailer don’t even bother going. They will reject the trailer for any minimal damage and not load you and as a result broker won’t pay TONU. We move hundreds of loads with our trailers monthly and no one has ever rejected them. I understand if trailers have a big hole or a piece of floor is missing etc. but just for a scrape on the floor-rejected a piece of wood chipped off-rejected and this is only to carry water which is ridiculous. We had a terrible experience with our move from Oregon to Florida. Promises were made for a smooth, no worry move but that was not the case. We had several items broken due to rough, careless handling. The claims process was a joke and we ended up having to go to arbitration!!! Very disappointing and stressful.
Same building to picking up or delivering. Suite 21 the very first one. In and out in less than an hours not matter if you pick up or delivery. Plenty of room to maneuver.
