I sent in my US Army Vietnam era M17A1 binoculars for repair. The issue was one side had a lot of dirt and fungus in the lens, they needed collimation, and there was no strap. I got them back in about five weeks and couldn't be happier. They are crystal clear and the collimation is perfect. They put on a new strap and sent me the fitting I needed to fix my other pair. These binoculars are at least 50 years old and they are as clear and clean as the day they came out of the factory. I highly recommend this business.

I sent my binoculars in for a cleaning and eyepiece repair before a trip to Patagonia. The eye pieces were repaired well but the lenses no longer focused together so I could not bird on my trip. Cory’s response was rude and said that I must have broken my binoculars on my trip (impossible since I kept them in Suddarth packaging in my... read more

Highly recommend! Fantastic friendly service. Very knowledgeable and my Carl Zeiss binoculars are working amazing. I inherited them so never knew how great they could be until I sent them to Cory. Very happy with the money spent to bring them back to their former glory.

I just got my 50 year-old Bushnell Custom Compact binoculars back and couldn't be happier! After some minor repairs, they were professionally cleaned and readjusted. They function just like they were new. Well worth the cost compared to buying new ones. By the way, the actual Bushnell Corporation Repair Center (in Kansas) said my binoculars were "out of warranty" (well, duh!) and they wouldn't touch them. All of my hunting and bird watching friends will be told of Suddarth's optical repair professionalism.
