I was very impressed with the quality of the repair and restoration of my Tasco 7x35 Zip Focus 2000 binoculars. Not only did they fix the focus and retore the clarity of the lens, but they repainted all the surfaces and were returned to me looking brand new with a new lanyard and lens covers. It wasn't quick - repair took several months and I paid more for the restoration than they were worth, but it was money well spent.

Sent an email and left a voice message with no reply at all from either. You won't be getting my business. You don't get a 2nd chance to make a good 1st impression...

I sent in my US Army Vietnam era M17A1 binoculars for repair. The issue was one side had a lot of dirt and fungus in the lens, they needed collimation, and there was no strap. I got them back in about five weeks and couldn't be happier. They are crystal clear and the collimation is perfect. They put on a new strap and sent me the fitting I needed to fix my other pair. These binoculars are at least 50 years old and they are as clear and clean as the day they came out of the factory. I highly recommend this business.
