was gonna switch to this bank but then i went to their website and they use AI generated pictures for their advertising. ill look elsewhere for a good bank
HORRIBLE customer support. After 2 messages, endless calls, and promised an email back, NOTHING. Also they have no idea what they’re doing, I was told two different answers. Get it together!
I have been with this bank most of my life. They are now one of my monthly expenses due to repeatedly allowing funds that are not there to go out and charging a fee each time. I am no financial expert but I do not need to be reminded and kicked while I am down.
