I have been with this bank most of my life. They are now one of my monthly expenses due to repeatedly allowing funds that are not there to go out and charging a fee each time. I am no financial expert but I do not need to be reminded and kicked while I am down.
Opened accounts, asked for help to access them when I had issues, they never helped, then I get a call saying I owe them money. These accounts were never fulfilled and I could never access them. Disorganized. Do not recommend!
This branch of SCU is absolutely amazing! The tellers are polite and courteous. David Blackburn (Branch manager) is always available and goes the extra mile for his clients. In Dave's absence, Bruno Dominelli is always helpful :) Honestly.....why deal with a bank when you can get so much better service at a locally owned Credit Union!!!
