The Breathe into His Presence class was outstanding! Shereen is a knowledgeable and experienced breath instructor who teaches from the heart. Her classes are upbeat and enjoyable, and she provided helpful follow-up discussion and notes. She welcomes questions and patiently works with individuals at their level and physical capacity.
