Excellent every time.
Indescribable experience!!! Russell is beyond amazing!! A friend referred me to him and shared how great they felt after seeing him. The only regret I have is not going a lot sooner! This is definitely becoming a MUST for me. He listened to me, focused on my concerned areas, and even offered advice on different positions. Beyond thorough, always making sure you are comfortable, and at ease. Most relaxed I’ve been in my life!!! Thank you Russell!!!!
Russel did a great job and gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. First, he did a really good job of listening and based the massage around our discussion. A lot of massage therapists tend to just kind of do their thing. Secondly, his approach is a bit different. He did a lot of stretching while massaging my problem points, and so I walked out of their feeling looser in my lower back and hip area then I have in a long time. He genuinely gave me a lot of RELIEF. I definitely plan on returning.
I’ve gotten massages for years but nothing compares the massage with cupping I had with Russell! He uses stretching and other tools along with the massage. You are engaged but relaxed the whole time. He really helped my sciatic pain.
