I’ve been working with Libby and Tom for twenty years. They are great at what they do. Every year Libby makes herself available to sit with me and review my portfolio and make adjustments as needed. They always respond to my inquiries right away. My portfolio is doing well despite my small income thanks to SFM!
Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Getting the owner to work on my behalf was like pulling teeth. Three weeks after hiring them and I was forced to change to a different financial advisor. Terrible experience.
I have worked with Libby for about 10 years now. She has never led me astray. What I appreciate most about her planning is that she doesn't just say, "Okay, I'll invest it for you." She -always- makes sure to take the time to explain things so that a person makes his/her own informed decisions. Tom and Courtney are very pleasant and friendly as well. I highly recommend Successful Financial Management if you're looking for a planner.
