it was quick but this was my first time going here and when i went in the store i wasnt greeted no one asked if i had a apt nothing i had to take it upon my self to ask the questions so that made it a lil uneasy but the frame side was good so its up to ypur personal choice but you may wanna go somewhere else if your big on communication
I was a walk in & staff delayed lunch to get my eye exam done. Grateful! All staff were friendly, courteous & helpful. Glasses same day!
So I had a appointment at 4:30 today.. and it's 4:45 I'm still sitting here this is ridiculous..but I will leave my review at the time I get in the back to be seen. They said 45 minutes for eye exam now it's 5:15 I'm sitting in a room with the door closed no doctor yet. It's not crowded.. Glasses in a hour or less where?
2 stars bc the techs and doc was extremely kind. Lack of 5 stars is the optical side for exams doesn’t take the same insurance as the optical side for glasses and contacts. Plus not all glasses are available same day especially progressives. I came from my house 4 hours away just for same day glasses only to find out my exam accepts my insurance but glasses and contacts don’t.
