It was my fiance and i’s first time buying a house and I couldn’t be more thankful we had the opportunity to work with Kristine and her brilliant team. Buying a home was a scary and unknown process for us, but working with this team alleviated all that anxiety. They pretty much took the wheel and we were able to get our closing done in 30 days! I want to start this review off by saying, THIS IS THE BEST LENDER YOU WILL EVER FIND. Kristine got handed a challenge, and she DELIVERED! She more than delivered, she made it her personal challenge to work MIRACLES. Our situation is quite unique. 2 non married veterans purchasing together with their VA loan bendfits, one with quite a poor credit score. Worst loan person I have ever dealt with! Snooty, entitled, degrading, lazy, and talks a big game, but cant back it up! She seems knowledgeable with her "30 years" experience (lol) but no. She is no more helpful than the next loan person. Her response time is horrible, and she makes it clear that you are NOT her top priority, or her only client.
