As a listing agent it's unfortunate that my client and I had a horrendous experience with Success Group and Annie Ludington. From the start this was presented as a "cash deal with no contingency". Then they took it upon themselves to postpone and request to extend the contractual closing date so the buyer could close on her existing house.
