At Settlement, we asked for the air conditioning to be in working order before settlement. We sent Andrew an email after the final inspection to say that the air conditioning remote doesnt work. His response was that the ' the air conditioning remote is not included in the contract'. If your customer tells you that something there is an issue with one of the appliances on final inpsection why would you say that? Why would you not help them?
