We had extremely disappointing experiences with this business, particularly with Heather, who demonstrated a lack of professionalism and ethical conduct in her work. We engaged their services for our tax returns in both 2021 and 2022, and unfortunately, it has been a regrettable experience. In 2022, Heather claimed to be busy and unable to complete our tax return on time. She suggested filing for a tax extension, assuring us that there would be no adverse effects. We started working with Heather 3 years ago to handle our personal taxes. She and her team have always taken great care of us and answered any questions that we have had promptly.
