Beware of this company...they take your money and not deliver. Customer service email, phone, chat bot, and IG messenger all lead to no response. We paid over $300 for an order over a month ago and they still have not delivered or provided a delivery date. The number on their websites goes to a UK call center where they only take a message and not solve any issues. Why bother? Just get an answering machine. This company received several negative stars from us! We ordered tile and not only did they send the wrong tile, but we only received three of the 14 we ordered for over $165! Multiple times we tried to stop the order after seeing the incorrect color on the invoice. Call after call, email after emails were ignored. Please do not make the same mistake we did. Do not order from Pebble Tile shop from Shaffer, CA!

This place is horrible, and it doesn't take a lot to impress me. I was merely shopping for tile and added a few options to my cart just to see the total - but when I clicked on the button to review it, the website placed the order! I immediately emailed the company (twice) to cancel it (I couldn't call them because it was after business hours) and called to follow up on my emails the next morning, but they still sent the shipment.
