was told I owed for a shipment from the previous year. I agreed to pay and waited to get a receipt for the payment. I thought it was strange as they charge your credit card before shipping. Today they charged my credit card again. I called they said that I needed to pay for items I received. I asked for a date and item number was told the computer was updating and to go through my records. They could have called to give a prior notice of the charge again. They bring up orders from the previous year say they were not paid for If you ask for order number or date they will tell you their computers are updating. They do not call before charging your credit card You just get notified that a charge was made by your credit card. I have not ordered from them this year and plan never to use them again. Most of the time the items are out of stock and they break down the order send a few and delay the rest. I think this is to confuse people as to what they owe for. Very Bad business et... read more
Placed an order 3 1/2weeks ago still have not received. Called and they do not seem that interested in shipping even though they admitted they have the order request. It will be the last time I order from Subway.
Over the years I have purchased from them a few times (normally by phone). They have fair prices, good and friendly service, great variety, and many times items that can be very hard to find elsewhere. I highly recommend them.
Very Good, I can always depend on there staff to help me out finding difficult items for my collection, Also all prices are fair and on line. The staff is courteous and helpful. Tom McCormack
Gr8 products - Their Benzene free G&K watermark fluid I find has many more uses: like removing and cleaning adhesive stamps and stickers- coin cleaning - opening adhesive letters and priority boxes easily. Even removes magic marker from slick or plastic surfaces like white board or even glossy photos. It cleans trading cards too. Try it - you'll like it!!
