LOVE Tuesday's here had soo much fun yesterday and the staff kept the venue very clean. Not sure why people give one star maybe they didn't get any action or they must be banned people. I feel more safe and secure with the ID scanning process
Dated, Dirty, and Appalling Staff - Avoid If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute disgrace and a black mark on Melbourne's CBD. The management is clearly money-hungry, putting absolutely no effort into maintaining or updating what is an extremely dated and dirty venue. Let's start with the basics. Running a business and hiring people you should actually have workers who understand customer service and making the facility topped up and clean. Greet people positively and enthusiastically. People come from work and home or have had a hard day… trying to workout is a struggle sometimes having workers that have good service skills and communication makes a difference. Is it really that hard to say “hello welcome have a good session or workout? Bye have a nice day?
