Jatinder JP is a true example of what a great Store Manager should be. His customer service, knowledge, attitude, and leadership are simply outstanding. If every store had a manager like him, the world would be a much friendlier place!
I visited Subway Cohannon on the 23rd of June at 1:00 PM, and I must say – it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time, all thanks to the Store Manager, Jatinder JP.
I visited this Subway branch this afternoon and had a fantastic experience. The Manager, JP, was incredibly dedicated and helpful — truly went above and beyond to provide great service. Everything was smooth, clean, and efficient. Highly recommend this location for both the food and the excellent customer service!
Jatinder JP is a true example of what a great Store Manager should be. You don’t see that kind of dedication often.Highly recommend visiting this store, especially if Jatinder is working. The manager (JP) was rude and not polite and I had noticed that he had ignored his staff members , and had a horrible tone in general ,all the other staff is so kind and helpful apart from the manager.
