Initially a poor attitude from the staff, including getting an order wrong. Then without an apology but instead a stare at me suggesting I should accept their mistake. We get home to find another sandwich under cooked and inedible bread.
Absolute shambles. Ordered on just eat at 11:30 for 13:30 delivery. Delivery time passed and delayed again& again. Last estimate was 15:20 before I cancelled. Called the shop for an update, they couldn’t care less & said they had no idea when it would be delivered. Worst subway I’ve ever encountered. Avoid Troon subway!
Be careful with this chancer, he has a terrible attitude regards stale bread. You don’t know it’s stale until you get home and open it up. For £3.50, he won’t be getting anymore of my hard earned. Ask to see the bread before he fills it and watch his face. Advised it was under new management. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Same issues I’m afraid. The thinnest meat filling , cheese and veg on a six inch sub … £4.59 !! Seriously overpriced.
i got a garlic cheesesteak sandwich and i couldnt eat it because the woman drenched it in garlic mayo, was awful wont be back
